Hostway launches Spring Domain Sale and Global ccTLDs

1st February, 2007 - Hostway, the leading provider of web hosting and online services, today announced the availability of over 90 new country code Top Level Domains (ccTLDs) to its customers, alongside a spring domain sale which will last throughout February and March.

Almost 100 new ccTLDs have been integrated into the new domain offering from Hostway, amongst them .it (Italy) .in (India) .cn (China) and .at (Austria). Some of the new ccTLDs are effectively ‘unrestricted’ in terms of a registrant’s right to apply for them, meaning people who have thus far struggled to secure their domain of choice, may be able to do so under a different extension. In addition, the ‘advanced search’ option on Hostway’s domain orderform features a handy ‘name spinning” tool that will find variations of any domain name or search keywords that a user enters.

The new names mean that Hostway is now one of the largest domain name registrars in the world, and is solidly established as a one-stop destination for all domain name registrations. Additional European extensions such as .es (Spain) .fr (France) and .dk (Denmark) are scheduled for later in the year.

Hostway has also launched a spring sale, with significant discounts on major domain names such as .com and .co.uk. For a limited period during February and March, customers will be able to save up to 25% on their domain names.

Hostway is offering .com, .net, .org .biz,.info, and .eu names for £10.95 for two years (a significant reduction on the previous price of £15.95), or £5.95 for one year (previously £8.95). They are also offering .co.uk domain names for £5.50 for 2 years, the equivalent of just £2.75 per year.
