Enterprise Direct Support

Hostway’s Enterprise Direct Support division is geared exclusively to helping companies who need the highest quality management for their critical hosted IT operations and business systems, but who haven’t always got the economies of scale to be able to provide a quality service in-house – with all the investments in facilities, skills, technology and process that are required at this level.

We allow you to completely outsource your IT infrastructure and operations management to us. From application- database- and general server- management to utility storage, Virtual Private Networks, High Availability Cloud Solutions and high-bandwidth hosting – we take the day-to-day burdens off your hands, giving you the time you need to focus on adding value and growing your business.

How EDS works

We know there is nothing more frustrating than when you can’t get through to the technical team looking after your solution. That’s why, during the course of your relationship with us, our highly skilled, highly responsive team of Enterprise Engineers (who know about your specific solution) will always be on hand 24/7 for you. They are the human ‘backbone’ to the service we offer.

Under the Enterprise Direct Support system, we provide the following routes DIRECT in to our team:

  • Telephone1 – you can call our Enterprise Support Team direct throughout the day, without having to go through your account manager. This line gets you straight through to our Systems engineers who are waiting to assist you.
  • Enterprise Email Tickets1 – Using the Enterprise Direct email ticketing system means your requests are dealt with quickly and easily, and provides you with a clear and reliable way of tracking conversations through to completion.
  • Out-of-hours NOC1 – During out-of-office hours our NOC engineers remain at your disposal 24/7, 365 days of the year. Any NOC communication via the NOC form or the noc email results in a direct page to our engineers.
  • Dedicated Account Managers – In addition, all Hostway Enterprise Managed Hosting customers enjoy close working relations with their dedicated account manager, for day-to-day business and strategic planning.

All plans and Service Level Agreements are then finalised and committed to paper, so that your service is guaranteed.
