How we work

Initially, we will spend time getting to know your operational environment and key business drivers, and begin formulating plans in conjunction with your technical team. This time is extremely valuable as it enables us to tailor a solution that meets your specific business needs. Iinflexible, off-the-shelf server solutions are NOT what we do.

At that point we can perform an in-depth examination of the current set-up, and review all exisitng infrastructure and applications. If the project is at the planning stage, we will lend our insight and expertise so that the hosting platform is fully integrated, and enhances security, performance and reliability. All plans and Service Level Agreements are then finalised and committed to paper, so that your service is guaranteed.
